One of the most significant and potent factors
influencing learning is feedback. An institution needs an efficient feedback
system from all of its stakeholders in order to grow inclusively. This approach
is accepted by Indira Mahavidyalaya as a way to gauge student progress toward
the course's goal. The institution makes significant efforts to guarantee that
the needs of our parents, students, and other stakeholders are met. It is a
means of understanding and analyzing how effective the measures adopted by the
college are and the immediate changes that need to be incorporated.
The
stakeholders at Indira Mahavidyalaya are categorized into internal and external
stakeholders. The internal stakeholders are faculty and students. The external
stakeholders are parents, alumni, etc.
The
feedback process is divided into three stages:
Stage I is the
collection of feedback, which is done by the institution.
Stage II is the
analysis of feedback, which is done afterward and results in the preparation of
an action taken report.
Stage
III is the action taken, which is determined based on
the action taken report and the recommendation of necessary corrective measures
for future improvements.
Collection of Feedback:
Our institution collects the feedback from the
various stakeholders such as Teachers, Students, Parents and Alumni through
online and offline modes.
Analysis
of Feedback:
To compile the analysis report, the IQAC's
acquired data was sorted and combined. The analysis is performed both
parameter- and year-wise. Every stakeholder's point of view is taken into
consideration with particular consideration and care. The curricular proposals
that have been received from various areas are discussed and evaluated by the
teachers.
Action
Taken Report:
The institution provides necessary arrangements
for feedback responses from students, teacher, parents and other stakeholders
on curriculum infrastructure and other support facilities related to the
institutional processes. The ultimate aim of stakeholder’s feedback is to get
useful insights for the purpose of increments and improvement in all aspects of
the institution.
